**This is Val. She likes floating about town, with or without a purpose. Today, she has a purpose, as she heads away from the village**

Oh Edge~~ I think we've waited long enough~~

**but others can catch her on her way, which I'm HOPING! Talk to her plz!**

[Is that Edge in a tree, just chilling? Why yes, yes it is!]

**Is this Val pretending she doesn't see him, or does she really not see him?!**

[Well, then it's time to reveal his amazing self, and jump on down.]

You rang?

I'd thought you'd forgotten. I hope calling you out wasn't too... embarassing

Not at all. I just got a little preoccupied.

You haven't already found a new girl, have you? **She still maintains her floating, waiting for this idle conversation to go somewhere**

Whatever are you talking about? Anyway, are we going to spar or what?

[He's kind of leaning against the tree now, his arms crossed and eyes closed. A relaxed kind of stance, really.]

**She smiles, floating up a bit higher, her hair picking up in the wind** I suppose. **She raises her hand and... SUDDENLY WIND!**

[o mai it's windy. Edge is standing strong.]

**Val draws her other hand around, and now, tornadoe(s)! Eat tower of windy!**

[Okay, that's a cue to get moving. So Edge does, and is starting to jog backwards away from said tornado; and just about drawing out his two weapons now.]

**Val only raises up higher off the ground as her dervish chases the wee ninja.** Already on the run?

Maybe! [Let's see how far he can run before Val gets bored and changes her tactic! If that... works.]

**Val? Get tired of using wind? Oh no, she just floats closer, driving that dervish about to try and overtake the fleeing ninja boy.**

[Okay, enough running. TIME TO SPRINT.]

**There's one advantage Edge has over her. With her powers clearly dampened, she can't really keep up AND chase him with a storm at the same time. Val stops, holding her ground, letting the tornado die off.**

[Perfect! Here he comes, turning around and blades in tow. Attacking time!]

**So that was his game? Well, we'll just have to see about that, won't we? Val does a little twirl, swinging her hair around her, not once, but twice!**

[Yet Edge is so coy, he's not continuing with his attack, but making a sharp turn and running around Val.]

**Oh, but that doesn't keep her from spinning much. The wind kicks up, a tornado forming around her, catching her hair up in the chaos of the wind**

[Let's how her hair likes all the branches that Edge is proceeding to cut off trees.]

**Val laughs, her tornado of hair moving closer to Edge. Seems he doesn't remember how impregnable her hair is.**

[Hey, maybe they were super trees, Edge likes to take chances. Anyways, some Blitz ninjutsu would be pleasant to use right now~!]

**A blitz! Will it work? Will he cast it in time before she mows over him with her winds of doom?!**

[Well, he's trying to cast it. And he probably will, then get mowed down, whether it works or not.]

((And so mowed he shall be, but not for a few minutes, as she's moving quite slowly. Better cast faster Edge!))

[Got it! Blitz has been casted, so eat it!]

**Well the initial tornado was canceled out, but something's still going on. Doesn't that yellow tornado look familliar?**

[Crap, moving away from it would be the best thing to do at the moment. So Edge is trying to do just that.]

**This time, Val can't chase him. This is that annoying little spin ability of hers that only a certain dragood could break.**

[Well, obviously Edge is not Kain, so that may lead to some problems. At least he has some time to think as he kind of climbs up into a tree to watch her for a few moments.]

**Val is keeping back, taunting him as her hair spins around her.** Something the matter? Have you given up already?

You wish. [He's thinking of some sort of plan, but this isn't totally working all too well.]
