Action!

[[Val has most definitely been having fun since meeting new people at the little Art Club gathering. Especially since, it seems, so many people believe that she IS new here.

It's a fun little joke to play on the masses, but, it's not as if she'd been the real social butterfly before. If she's been out, she been flying high overhead to get from point A to B. Otherwise she just loafs around at home with her wifey and housemate.

But... still its fun meeting new people... girls if at all possible....

Still, she can't help but keep to being high overhead when she flies around the village, but anywhere she'll happily descend, a Rapunzelesque mane of hair descending upon the innocents, just eager to poke her head into anybody's business~]]

[This hair will at one point descend upon Aang... who feels his draping down his normally bald head, completely bewildered - not yet noticing the owner.]

What?! Why do I... have hair?

[[Troll mode: activated!]]

Oooh? Perhaps it's a miracle? [[Sayeth the whispy voice behind her.]]

[He twists arounds to try to find the source of the voice.]

Wha-? I'm not supposed to have hair! This'd be a curse!

You're... not supposed to... How is that? Isn't everyone supposed to have hair? [[The very tall woman somewhat looms since... you're calling her hair a curse!?]]

Nope! I'm a monk. I have to shave every day. [That's weird. Her hair looks just like the hair on his head.] And mine's supposed to be a different color!

[She does look familiar, though. He thinks he can remember seeing her across the room during the art club meeting.]

Ahhh, your job requires that you shave your head? [[Does it now? Player hasn't seen TLA to it's entirety!]]

That's... [[She strokes her hair a bit...]] I can't imagine being without mine. Not that I could shorten it in any way.

[[ANd yes, yes she was there!]]

I wouldn't call it a job. It's more like a custom of my people. We have to keep our arrow tattoos exposed. [He nervously parts some of the hair draped over his face so that his arrow tattoo is un-covered.]

You can't cut your hair?

[He knew it! And yes, the show is quite worthwhile.]

Well, no. It's indestructible. If I wrap it around myself, I'm invincible.

[[And she says so, pridefully. How do you think she can whip into a tornado and take no damage from anything!]]

Wow, I didn't know they made hair like that. But what if you wanna make it short or look different?

If I did that, people could hurt me.

And it's already grown so long... It would be silly to make it any shorter.

Oh, of course, I don't want you to get hurt or anything. I was just worried in case you'd like your hair better looking different. I wonder if that's why Rapunzel has such long hair, too.

My hair's been as long as this since I was born. Well, I think it's grown some since then but... still, I can't imagine it looking any different. After all, how could I do this~

[[Val floats over the ground, then, the winds begin stirring around her, picking up her hair and wrapping it around her, eventually making a golden tornado that covers shoulder to foot!]]

Really? I didn't know you could get born with so much hair...

[But then as she wraps her hair around her, Aang is a bit more impressed by the hair being lifted from his own head.]

Hey, that hair's gone! I'm bald again! ...That looks really neat, too!

You mean... you didn't realize it was my hair?

[[Can you hear her over the wind and whipping hair?]]

[Very faintly. It really is quite impressive. He tries to raise his voice to make sure she hears.]

Nope! Kinda dumb of me, huh? But I can show you some wind of my own!

[[That'll make her stop being a tornado!]]

Ooh? You control the wind too?

Yeah! Check this out!

[He forgoes the usually obligatory marble trick for a change; instead he surrounds himself with a gust of wind resembling a mini-tornado, lifting himself several feet into the air with a broad grin on his face.]

[[Val matches him by lifting up but, there's no excessive tornado around her to lift her up, she just happily floats there.]]

Mmm, very nice~! [[Though she's not quite impressed.]]

Thanks! Glad you like it.

[He floats for a few more moments before settling back down to the ground.]

Did you know how to do all that before you came here?

[Sometime after Daisy is actually allowed out of her room by Keimi, she comes to get much-needed resources. And water, more as a cautionary measure in case Keimi succumbs to a hangover again.

She finds the store. Daisy walks towards--

[Suddenly the seven feet tall girl is covered in hair.]

Val?

[Hair even longer than hers.]

Would you look at that. Your hair's grown~

I had enough the first time it happened. I swear it's gotten harder to cut.

[She puts a hand over the locks that block her sight.]

Well, that's because you've gotten attached.

I'm sure you could do with a few more feet. [[Trolling as per the norm.]]

All that aside, what're you out and about doing today?

I like being able to walk. [Something hair long enough to hide her apartment would forbid her from doing.] I'm just getting food and water. I'm... not going to do much outside today.

Oooh? Spending all day at home today? Or... do you have a date with your little girlfriend?

... A date. I think.

[Still a little unsure of what do they consist of.]

With me heading it, she wants us to spend as long as possible. I already planned some things with my team... So she won.

[And boobs.]

[Saori is sitting out on the porch, watching the wind blow when Valvalis returns from harassing some random passerby with her hair. The storm god giggles and laughs as the stranger runs off]

Val! You are just dreadful! I love it!

I'm just being friendly! After all, I am new here~ [[She leans forward, teasingly]]

Haha! Are you? How...do people think that?!

[She giggles and watches Valvalis with a grin.]

Because I don't present myself very often. If I go out, I'm flying quite a bit above people.

Everyone so far believes that I'm new~

Oh-ho-ho, my dear. So you mean to show them what they've been missing?

You...really should go out and make more friends though, dear.

You're one to talk~ What're you doing sitting at home? Just watching the people go by?

[[Val flips her hair... the whole length of it.]] Mostly showing the boys and girls something they can't have though~

I'm relaxing with my friend, of course. Its been a troublesome few weeks, you know. What with Loki, and that idiotic man, Barton.

[She shrugs]

Its nice to sit in a chair, and drink tea and enjoy a nice breezy afternoon instead of worrying about Steve Rogers and his gang picking a fight with another god.

Ahhh yes, everyone fighting amongst each other. That would be why I stay home. I'd rather not get all caught up in that.

I'd prefer to just sit back, relax, procrastinate around the house and enjoy the company of my friends and family.

Yes, fighting among each other. Of course, the human was justified. It was regrettable, but the presence of one's enemy in the enclosure...that makes one's blood boil.

[Saori takes out a piece of candy, offering one to Val]

But you're right. Its better to relax, and enjoy life. I'm here, you're here. And anybody who wants to bother us can just get blown away.

Oooh... I know a lot about that situation. The man who was responsible for my death, twice, is here.

Well... I wouldn't just blow them away. We'll see what they want first, then, decide to blow them away.

Oh of course, but if its stupid...or troublesome. I'm not taking visitors today.

We've fought quite a few times but... Living here...

Well... I still dislike him, but... I think I have a sort of respect for him too. He's definitely someone I can take my anger out on.

But I wouldn't wish him dead... until he leaves here.

Then you're a bigger being than that numbskull. Its not like killing Loki would've done any good, it would have just sparked a cycle of revenge that would doubtless have swallowed the entire village.

Its better, this way. If you can make peace with your enemy, then we're stronger for it. Since, we have a common enemy in the Malnosso.
