But, it's not like all the problems are over with. Val moves out of bed and... just about falls out of it. There's a nice thud in the house, and a very young yelp. The journal flips to the floor just the same.**

Oh my... this again? Can't have a day's peace, can we? Well, I always thought I was a cute child.

Mmm, I'm Kirimi's size again. I'll have to see about borrowing some of her clothes for now. I just might go see everyone anyway.

**And so, after getting dressed properly, a girl of short stature and floor-trailing hair is wandering about, floating on a nice breeze. (Looks surprisingly like this girl though.) Anyone is encouraged to interrupt her adventure to see anyone she knows (Golbez, Nel, Ceodore, Charlotte)

Aren't I? I'd hoped to be Kirimi's playmate but, she's not herself either.

I don't suppose you're feeling any different. **She shifts around, somewhat forcing herself into your arms. After all, she's small enough.**

I don't think I've been affected. [Her arms move with Val until she winds up carrying her against her bosom (bet you like that, don't you Val?).] I look the same as you remember, right?

Well, she... he manages to act the same, but, she's calling herself by her brother's name, as well as looking like a boy.

**Of course she enjoys the cuddling. After all, it's a different approach to being near that bosom of Nel's.** You don't look a bit different. I'm glad.

That's very odd. Turning her into a boy I wouldn't put past this place at all, but having her use her brother's name... so strange.

[She enjoys it too, though she feels kind of guilty for doing so, since Val looks like a child right now and all.] Ah, that's a relief.

I'm not sure what sort of experiment this is. Perhaps... if she thinks she's Umehito, they're traded places. Kirimi is now the older sibling? Though, I really don't know what this means.

**Val? Feel guilt? Well, she knows she can't really do anything like this, but, she can put upkeep on the cute, and nuzzles her cheek on Nel's.**

You don't remember anything differently, do you? I ran into Gol- **She can't say it...** Father earlier, and he's remembered things quite differently than I ever knew them.

Maybe... it's a sort of "What if". As in "what if Kirimi was the older sibling and Umehito the younger?", "What if you were a child?", "what if..." well, you get the idea.

[Blushing so hard, but she nuzzles back happily anyway.]

I don't think so... though I suppose I wouldn't know if I did, would I? What was different about your father?

Most notably, I'm his daughter by birth, not creation. And he was far more heroic that I'd known him to be.

Admittedly, I like it. I think it ends up being more like "What if he and I were a real family?"

**Val gives Nel a nice squeeze** Ahh, you know, it's been some time since we've been alone to embrace each other like this. But, here I am, like this. **Her cheeks turn a little red as she taps a finger on Nel's lips** There's always something getting in our way, isn't there~

[She hums pleasantly at the squeeze, resolutely ignoring the fact that her girlfriend looks like a child whyyyyy.] It's certainly disappointing. I mean, you're adorable like this, don't get me wrong, but we can't... well... [She trails off, just blushing madly.] It would just seem so wrong.
